About Us

Prestige Nursing is a family-owned and managed business that has been operating successfully in the related markets of healthcare staffing and homecare services since 1945. We currently have over 40 branches nationwide, which are a mix of company-owned (25) and franchised territories (15) and are looking to expand this network by recruiting up to 5 franchisees a year over the next few years.

We started care franchising in 1998 and our approach has always been unique - a focus not on simply selling as many franchise territories as possible but on helping our partners build sustainable and successful businesses. To achieve this aim we deliberately cap the number of new franchisees we take on each year to ensure we offer them all the support they require to grow and sustain their new business.

We are Associate Members of the British Franchise Association and also hold the coveted ISO 9001:2008 and Investors in People Awards, as well as being members of both the United Kingdom Home Care Association and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

Our Head Office is in Wallington, Surrey where a substantial back office team manages and co-ordinates key business activities for both franchised and company-owned offices. All franchisees will also benefit from a dedicated franchise support team that has many years of industry experience behind it.
