2009 has been another strong year for Prestige Nursing, one of the UK’s leading companies in the £3.7BN Healthcare recruitment and Homecare services market. Interest in the company’s franchise opportunity has been at an all time high, and with a number of new franchisees due to launch later this year, the company has moved to strengthen the team still further with the appointment of Paul Stafford as its Franchise Support Manager.
Paul joins Prestige armed with over 7 years experience in healthcare recruitment both at an operational and management level with many of the key companies in the sector. Pam Feltham, Franchise Manager for Prestige Nursing explains why Paul was the ideal candidate. “As a franchisor we pride ourselves on offering unlimited support to all our franchisees and in many cases this will involve practical help and advice, particularly in the critical start up period. Paul has extensive experience of both branch and regional management in this sector and having involved many of our franchisees in recruiting for this position, we know Paul will be very successful in this new role” Paul himself is eager to get started “From my experience within the industry I was always aware that Prestige is regarded as one of the leading companies in the sector and so I jumped at the chance to join them. Although I do not have extensive knowledge of franchising, the basic principles of growing a strong business remain the same whichever way the branch is structured, and I am sure I can make a real difference to our franchisees. We only recruit a select number of new franchisees each year, so my focus will be to ensure that those we do take on receive all the support they need to build a successful business using one of the best brands in healthcare recruitment.” |
