Jonathan Bruce - Managing Director
The owner and founder of the franchise arm of Prestige Nursing, Jonathan has over 16 years' experience of working in the nursing and care agency field, in a variety of different economic climates. He also heads up Prestige's company-owned operations.

Pam Gordon - Franchise Manager
With a background in finance, business development and franchising, Pam joined Prestige Nursing in 2008 to head up the franchise team. She has extensive experience of working in the care franchise sector and is widely respected within the industry.

Paul Stafford - Franchise Support Manager
Paul joined Prestige Nursing in 2008 having had over 7 years experience in healthcare recruitment at both an operational and management level with many of the key companies in the sector. He supports the franchisees in the south of the UK.

Jenny joined the franchise team in late 2009, armed with 10 years' experience in commercial, public sector and healthcare recruitment both at an operational and management level. She is responsible for supporting franchisees in the north of the UK.
